CSNTM Update - New Look and 51 New Manuscripts
The other day I said I was going to be coding like a maniac and not posting too much this week. That has turned out to be true. But, like I said, I was working on something that you, dear reader, would find interesting. So what is it?
Well, one thing was an update to the CSNTM site. If you have been there before you will notice that the site looks completely different. The look was the brainchild of JD Lemming (no site that I’m aware of...I’ll have to ask) and we sat down a week ago, made all the graphics in Photoshop Element and then lovingly handcrafted the HTML and CSS to get it where it is now. We’re not completely finished with the site; there are updates to follow. But, from a design perspective I think it is a lot better.
So that was a lot of fun for me. Anything fun for you? Yes. Last month they also photographed 51(!) manuscripts housed at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and we have posted all of the photos. Some of them were even shot under UV light. Here is a list of the Gregory-Aland numbers of the new manuscripts:
